Yoga instructor, Reshma was knowledgeable and created a welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for both beginners and experienced practitioners to feel comfortable. Both offline and online classes were offered. We chose offline classes in the club house. Each class was thoughtfully structured. She provided detailed explanations of each asana, breaking down the science behind the postures and how they benefit both the body and mind. Before starting the session with her, I was not sure that I can go for yoga practice.
